Workers' Compensation Poster Updates
The Workers' Compensation poster has been updated in Tennessee and California to reflect changes to access to information and time off.
Tennessee, your Worker's Compensation poster has been changed to reflect a change of how employees get information about the employer's panel of physicians. This act aims to minimize obstacles and insure quicker return-to-work for injured workers.

The effective date is: November 15, 2015
The California Workers' Compensation and Time Off poster has been changed to inform their workers of their rights and responsibilities before and after a workplace jury. Alterations occurred to medical care, permanent disability benefits, supplemental job displacement benefits, naming of one's own physician, reporting an injury, and the primary doctor.
California employees are allowed to take up to two hours to vote without losing pay.
