South Dakota State Unemployment Poster Has Been Changed
South Dakota, there has been a change in the Unemployment Insurance Poster.
Employers are now required to display a poster that has the following changes, claims for benefits, made in accordance with the rules set by the department. Employers are now suppose to post and maintain printed statements of the regulations, these should be in a place readily accessible to individuals in the employer's service, they should also be accessible to individuals at the time they become unemployed. These printed statements should be supplied by the department to each employer without cost to the employer.
This is a mandatory change, and employers are required to display this poster informing employees of the state's Unemployment Insurance law. GET YOUR NEW POSTER HERE
