Oregon, the Family Leave and Paid Sick Time poster has been changed
The Oregon Family Leave and Paid Sick Time poster has been changed to reflect eligibility and benefits changes for employees. The change includes an extended list of people who are eligible to take leave, exceptions to the eligibility test, and added group health insurance benefits during family leave.
Effective in 2016, all employers with over 10 employees in Oregon must supply 40 hours of paid leave per year. Employes with under 10 employees must supply 40 hours of unpaid protected sick time.
