Maryland State Equal Pay Labor Law Poster Has Been Updated

Maryland, the state poster has been changed with information regarding Equal Pay for Equal Work. This new update with the Maryland Equal Right for Equal Pay poster has been changed to reflect enforcement information in case the Commissioner of Labor determines a violation. The Commissioner of Labor has the ability to conduct an investigation to determine if a violation on receipt of a written complaint by an employee has taken place.
