The North Carolina OSHA poster has been updated with the new OSHA employer reporting requirements for accidents and fatalities. Employers must report any work-related fatality within 8 hours and any work related inpatient hospitalizations, work related amputations, and any work related loss of an eye within 24 hours.

This is a mandatory change and the effective compliance date is January 1, 2015.
