The Connecticut poster has been updated to reflect a new time frame for accruing paid sick leave.

The Connecticut Paid Sick Leave poster has been updated to reflect a new timeframe for accruing paid sick leave. The new law allows that employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked during the 365-day year a business uses to calculate employee benefits, instead of on a calendar year basis as in the past.

This is a mandatory change with an effective date of January 1, 2015.
