Louisiana State Earned Income Credit Labor Law Poster Has Been Updated

Louisiana, the Earned Income Credit poster has been changed to reflect the new limits to earned income tax credit in 2015.

Stationed by the previous IRS ruling, if an employee makes $47,000 or less, the employer must notify you, at the time of hire, of the availability of Earned Income Tax Credits if you meet the new limits for the 2015 tax credit.

This is a mandatory change.  To view or purchase your updated Louisiana labor law poster, click HERE.

The change is effective: August 31, 2015
